Day 1: Lima

Upon arrival in Lima, reception at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Our representative will give you a documentation kit with detailed program explanation. Luggage and hotel registration assistance is offered.

Day 2: Lima


Our guided visit to Lima allows you to see the Historical Center: Plaza Mayor ("Main Square"), the Government Palace, the Archbishop's Palace, the City Hall and old streets with colonial mansions and Moorish balconies. You will also visit one a historic convent, an icon of colonial architecture. The tour goes all the way to modern district of San Isidro and Miraflores, where you’ll appreciate huacas or sacred Inca structures. Also, you will observe the Pacific Ocean coast from the vast seafront.

Day 3: Lima, Arequipa

At scheduled time pick up from your hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Arequipa.

Upon arrival in Arequipa, meet and transfer to the hotel.


Visit the Ciudad Blanca (White City), one of the most important in Peru, surrounded by three volcanoes. Founded in 1540, the city has a historic downtown made out almost totally of sillar (a white volcanic stone), from where the city gets its name. Take a tour around the Main Square and its colonial buildings, the Church of the Society of Jesus, beautiful exponent from the mixed barroque art and Spanish churrigueresquebarroque from the XVII century, along with colorful fresco paintings at the San Ignacio Dome, known as America’s Sixtine Chapel. The visit includes Santa Catalina Convent, that rather than a cloistered convent, represents a beautiful XVI century citadel, with Spanish cities pure style, such as Andalusia. Going on with the tour, we will appreciate the typical districts of Cayma and Yanahuara, the latter with its viewpoint and church.

Day 4: Arequipa


We will leave the hotel very early to start the journey to Yura Village and Aguada Blanca National Reserve and Pampa Cañahuas. We will make a stop at Patapampa to freshen up, and then we will head for Chivay, where you will be able to have lunch at a typical restaurant or at your hotel. We will get back to the hotel to stay overnight.

Day 5: Arequipa, Puno


We will leave very early to the Cross of the Condor, the best location to admire the Colca Canyon and the flight of the majestic condor. Back to the lodging, we will visit the picturesque villages in Maca and Yanque to arrive at Chivay. Then you will have lunch.

After lunch transfer to the bus station to board the bus to Puno.

Upon arrival in Puno, meet and transfer to the hotel.

Day 6: Puno


In the morning, we will make a one-day tour to Lake Titicaca and, as first stop, we will visit the floating islands of the Uros, also known as People of the Lake. These islands are built out of layers of totora and are used as housing and trade centers for the native Uros. They travel on handicrafted rafts. We will go on with our tour to Taquile Island, where the community greets tourists very kindly, and keep their old style traditions, customs and colorful clothings. The islanders are skilled craftspeople and express in each piece astonishing techiniques developed by their ancestors for centuries. Lunch is included.

Day 7: Puno, Cusco


In the morning, the trip on a special bus to Cusco, will allow you appreciate the nearby valleys wonderful landscapes. The route includes a stop at La Raya pass (4,300 meters above sea level), natural boundary between Cusco and Puno, from where you can have excellent photographic shots of the Andean snowcapped mountains. There will also be a stop at the Raqchi ruins, known as Temple of the God Wiracocha, and Andahuaylillas village, where there is a beautiful church from the XVII century that has an impressive organ decorated with angels and cherubs. You will have lunch at a local restaurant.

Arrival in Cusco. Reception and transfer to your hotel.

Day 8: Cusco


The tour will show you the amazing colonial city built on the foundations of the Inca palaces. You will visit the Koricancha or Temple of the Sun, where you can appreciate the incredible masonry of the Incas, the Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral with its carved woodworks, altars and paintings. Then you will be driven to the Inca fortress of Sacsahuamán, to the underground cave and temple of Kenko, have a panoramic view of PucaPucará and then you will enter to Tambomachay, known as the Baths of the Inca. Finally, we stop at the living art the workshop “ Inka´s Expression”. The visit will allow passengers to admire how the local artisans create wonderful silver pieces, paintings and wood carvings.

Day 9: Cusco


You will be driven through a scenic landscape to the Urubamba Valley, the "Sacred Valley of the Incas".In the route, stop at AwanaKancha and discover the beauty of South American camelids, guanacos, llamas, vicuña and alpacas, and an exhibition of traditional Andean textile art.Then arriving at the town of Pisac, an hour drive from Cuzco, you will visit the colorful Pisac Market, where the local indians meet to sell their merchandise as they have done it for centuries. There is also a handicraft market. The tour continues to the town of Ollantaytambo from where you will climb up to its imposing Inca fortress at the top of the mountain. Lunch will be provided at local restaurant.

Day 10: Cusco


You will visit one of the seven new wonders of the world and an important source of energy: Machu Picchu. The excursion is made by train and, on the way we will be able to enjoy an impressive view of Urubamba's Sacred Valley. Once we arrive at AguasCalientes, our collaborators will assist you in order to board the bus that will take you to the citadel.

It will be an unforgettable experience. A professional guide will walk us through the marvelous story that enwraps this charming place. After our guided visit, you shall have free time to explore the place at your leisure, or simply relax and meditate. At the appropriate time we will begin our descent to AguasCalientes and further along the afternoon, board the train back to Cusco. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel.

Return to Cuzco by train. Reception and transfer to hotel.

Days 11-13: Cusco, Puerto Maldonado


Explore Peru's vast jungle with a 3-night stay at an Amazon lodge. A short flight from Lima or Cusco brings us to the jungle town of Puerto Maldonado. Surrounding Puerto Maldonado are three wildlife reserves consisting of more than 8 million acres of primary rainforest. A motor canoe takes us down the Madre de Dios River to a trail leading to the lodge, perched above one of the most attractive lakes in the Peruvian Amazon. Our local guide teaches us some of the secrets of this ecological treasure as we look for monkeys, tapirs, capybara, macaws, toucans and more. At night, we'll search for caimans near the shores of our camp.

Days 13: Puerto Maldonado, Lima

At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take the flight back to Lima, where you will be assisted to connect with your international flight.
